If you sell in Romania and want invoices and AWBs generated automatically from one app, this is the tool merchants keep for three to six years — but support is fast only for in-scope Romanian work and has gone silent for weeks on requests outside it, including a billing dispute that got no reply at all.
Should you install it?
For a Romanian store, this does a job few apps do: it issues the invoice into your accounting software, decrements stock there, and generates the courier AWB from the same order, and reviewers who have run it for three to six years describe concrete time savings — one puts it at roughly 40 hours a month on invoicing alone [2690]. Support is the most-praised part by a wide margin and is genuinely fast in chat, frequently same-day and sometimes on weekends [8123, 4123, 5724]. The consistent failure mode is scope: when a merchant needed something outside routine Romanian operations — an Italian returns translation [6660], a Mac broken by an OS update [8240], a billing dispute [7476] — the same support went quiet for weeks or permanently, and one of those merchants notes that by then switching away was hard. Only GLS and DPD are named by reviewers, so do not assume your carrier is covered; verify it and get any non-Romanian requirement in writing before you build your fulfilment flow on this. Documentation is thin and Romanian-only [4558], so budget on asking support rather than reading.
Fair evidence. 65 of 78 reviews are from Romania, so every non-Romanian claim rests on one or two reviews. There are only five informative negative datapoints across 93 months (four negatives plus one 3★), which is too thin to size any failure rate. About 23% of reviewers had used the app under a month — several for hours or minutes — and much of that praise names a support agent rather than describing the product, which inflates the rating without adding evidence. Three reviews have no text. The long, specific multi-year reviews are what carry the positive verdict; the negative verdict rests on a consistent shape across three reviews rather than on volume.
Right for
- Romanian stores that want the invoice issued and stock decremented in their accounting software automatically [2690, 0524, 6573, 0442]
- Merchants currently running two separate apps for invoicing and AWBs who want one [4802, 4676]
- Warehouses doing tens of orders a day that retype addresses into courier portals by hand [9663, 4558, 3938]
- Merchants who need a small vendor that will actually build a requested feature, given time [4479, 2690, 1432, 4123]
- Teams who prefer fast human chat support over self-serve documentation [8123, 5724, 4840, 7061]
Wrong for
- Stores whose main market is outside Romania — every non-RO datapoint is a single review, and the clearest support failures all involve non-Romanian needs [6660, 8240, 1654]
- Merchants who need non-Romanian UI text or written documentation [4558, 6660]
- Anyone who needs to self-serve from docs rather than open a chat [4558, 5847, 2137]
- Teams needing the vendor to chase an OS-level or desktop-environment regression [8240]
- Merchants who want a clean exit — one reviewer says switching became hard once flows were built [6660]
What will annoy you
Support goes silent for weeks on requests outside routine Romanian use — the merchant is left chasing with no reply: 3 reviews, rising, last seen 2026-04.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
The developer almost never replies publicly (4% overall) but answered 3 of the 4 one/two-star reviews. The content matters more than the rate: two replies push the fault back on the merchant — 'Our application has support for GLS Ireland, and you have a configuration issue' [1654] and 'Please contact our support again after you fix the access credentials' [2068]. The third claims a fix landed plus a caveat that features cannot ship on one merchant's request [6660], posted nearly two months after the review. No negative reviewer updated their rating afterwards. The most recent negative — the billing complaint [7476], April 2026 — has no reply at all. Against that, fixes clearly do happen in private chat: two Bulgarian issues resolved in under a day by shipping new features [4123], a long-blocking SKU/inventory-code problem solved [2690], and a rarely-used feature fixed slowly but fixed [6040], none of which produced a public reply. So the repair channel is chat, not the review thread, and it works well while you are in scope.

Red flags
- Charged after cancelling a subscription, per one merchant of 3+ years — the only billing allegation in the corpus, and the only negative review the developer did not publicly answer. 7476
- Multi-week to multi-month support silence after the merchant is already embedded: 30+ days [6660], 1.5 months with no reply ever [8240], 'weeks' [7476]. All three reviewers were established users, not failed installs. 7476 6660 8240
- Switching cost / lock-in stated explicitly: once flows are built on xConnector across stores, moving off is described as complicated. 6660
- Two of three developer replies to negative reviews assign fault to the merchant rather than acknowledging an issue; no negative reviewer subsequently updated their rating. 1654 2068
Trend
Volume is flat (21 reviews in the last 12 months, 21 in the 12 before), but the character of the complaints has changed. The older negatives were onboarding failures — people who could not get credentials or a carrier account to connect and left within weeks [1654, Jan 2021; 2068, Feb 2023]. Those have not recurred and read as fading. The last 12 months produced two negatives from the opposite population: established customers whose relationship degraded. A 26-day store shipping to Italy waited 30+ days for a returns translation and stopped getting replies [6660, Oct 2025], and a three-year customer was billed after cancelling and says messages went unanswered for weeks [7476, Apr 2026]. A 3★ from 2022 [8240] fits the same shape — two years of good service, then total silence after an out-of-the-ordinary problem. Meanwhile the positive reviews in the same window are as strong and as specific as ever [2690, 4123, 0524]. The pattern is not decline in the product; it is a small team whose support capacity holds for routine Romanian work and breaks on anything else.
