Multi-carrier labels and rates

T1 Envíos

The cheapest domestic Mexican rates most reviewers have found — DHL especially — but it runs on a prepaid balance, the developer has never publicly replied to a single review including the one about a missing top-up, and the 4.9 average rests on a burst of sub-day reviews.

Should you install it?

T1 Envíos does one thing consistently in the reviews: it gives Mexican stores cheaper domestic carrier rates than they were getting elsewhere, DHL above all, with a Shopify hookup that removes manual address entry and rate tiers that improve as you ship more — 37 of 49 reviews say some version of this. If that is your problem, it is a credible option. But the star average is not a quality signal: nine reviews come from stores that had used it for under a day, five from under ten minutes, two contradict their own tenure tags, and they cluster in tight bursts that read as onboarding-time collection. The developer has replied publicly to nothing in 22 months, including the merchant whose prepaid top-up vanished and who got no answer in chat (8685); the one documented fix happened by private outreach and left no public record (2185). The most recent reviews from stores that have actually lived with it for months are the least flattering — slow support, account details left uncorrected — and review flow has dropped from 43 a year to 6. Install it for the rates, keep your prepaid balance small, and do not expect a support SLA or a public escalation path.

Thin evidence. Only 6 reviews exist from the last 12 months and just one negative review in the whole set, so failure modes are thinly evidenced. 53% of reviewers had under a month of use and nine had under a day, with two reviews contradicting their own tenure tags and clear posting bursts in Jan and Feb 2025 — that makes the 4.92 average largely a solicited-onboarding artefact rather than a durability signal. The developer has never replied publicly, so there is no way to check how often or how fast problems get fixed, and the one case we can see was handled off-platform. Nothing in the reviews states pricing, order volumes, or which carriers beyond DHL and UPS are available.

Right for

  • Mexican stores shipping domestically whose main criterion is the lowest DHL or UPS rate (5321, 5755, 2517)
  • Merchants currently buying labels direct from the carrier who want to beat that price (5649)
  • Small operations that want labels generated straight from the Shopify order instead of re-keying addresses (4256, 0149)
  • Stores whose volume is growing, since several reviewers say rates improve the more you ship (8062, 7315, 2517)
  • Sellers who want to choose per-order between cheaper-slower and faster-dearer carrier options (1112, 0149)

Wrong for

  • Stores outside Mexico — all 49 reviews are Mexican and no other country appears anywhere
  • International or cross-border shipping — reviewers only describe domestic shipping (4246)
  • Anyone who needs a support response time they can count on; the two most recent substantive reviews both describe support going quiet (2185, 8685)
  • Anyone uncomfortable holding money in a prepaid wallet — one reviewer's top-up never appeared and the refund was never resolved in public (8685)
  • Stores that need a specific named marketplace connection — reviewers ask for more marketplaces but never name which ones exist (8700, 2194)
  • Anyone who wants a public support trail on the App Store — the developer has replied to nothing in 22 months

What will annoy you

Support slow or unresponsive when something goes wrong: 2 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-04.

How the developer behaves when it breaks

No public replies at all: 0 of 49 reviews have a developer response, including the only 1-star (8685), which reports an uncredited top-up, no answer in chat and an outstanding refund. What the developer does instead is reach out privately. Reviewer 2185 describes slow support, then direct off-platform contact, then resolution — 'posteriormente se comunicaron conmigo de forma directa y me brindaron apoyo hasta resolver mi situación satisfactoriamente' — and that review is marked edited and now sits at 5 stars. So problems do sometimes get fixed, but only after escalation, and the fix leaves no public trail. Meanwhile 2254 (edited, Nov 2025) is still openly waiting on account corrections. Treat the visible record as understating how often support goes wrong.

Red flags

  • Prepaid wallet risk: you load money before you ship, and one reviewer's top-up never appeared, got no chat reply and no public refund. No other review describes how top-ups or refunds are handled, so there is no counter-evidence either way. 8685
  • Developer has never publicly replied to any review in 22 months — reply rate 0 of 49, including the only 1-star. 8685 2185 2254
  • Problems get resolved off-platform and privately: one reviewer was contacted directly and then edited their review up, leaving no public record of what went wrong or how long it took. The public record therefore understates how often support fails. 2185
  • Review-flow collapse: 43 reviews in the prior 12 months, 6 in the last 12. The listing average is largely a frozen 2024-25 snapshot. 1507 2185 2254 5937 8685
  • Unresolved at time of writing: no later review indicates the missing top-up was ever refunded. 8685

Trend

Volume collapsed and composition flipped. 43 reviews in the prior 12 months versus 6 in the last 12 (about 0.5/month now). The 2024–early-2025 bulk is short-tenure, formulaic praise for rates and Shopify integration, much of it from stores that had used the app for minutes or days. The last 12 months are fewer but come mostly from longer-tenure stores — 4, 6, 7, 9 months and over a year — and they are more qualified: support lag (2185, Apr 2026), account details still not corrected (2254, Nov 2025), an unanswered top-up and refund (8685, Sep 2025). Negative share went from 2% lifetime to 16.7% in the last 12 months, on a base of 6. Nothing suggests the rate advantage has gone away — 1507, over a year in, still says 'Tiene buenos precios' in May 2026 — but the service-quality signal gets worse the longer stores stay.
