Multi-carrier labels and rates

ReadyToShip Shipping Labels

If you dispatch from your own warehouse in Australia on an Australia Post eParcel or MyBusiness account, this ends manual consignment keying and the support is genuinely fast — but it's an ageing platform with no 2FA, and the developer has never publicly answered a negative review.

Should you install it?

This is a specialist tool for Australian merchants who hold their own carrier accounts — overwhelmingly Australia Post eParcel or MyBusiness, with Sendle and Fastway also named — and dispatch from their own premises. What reviewers consistently report is the removal of manual address entry: labels, pick lists, invoices and manifests print in a batch and tracking numbers flow back to Shopify to trigger the shipped email. Support is the standout: roughly 54 reviews describe fast replies by chat, email or phone from named staff, including custom videos and weekend responses, and several long-tenured merchants (5-10 years) say nothing else compares. The material counterweight is a June 2025 2-star reporting no 2FA support, indefinite data retention by default, an unanswered question about breach insurance, and a UI not updated in years — an older 1-star echoes the interface complaint. Weigh also that the developer has never publicly replied to any of the three negative reviews while thanking 5-star reviewers, so you cannot judge from the listing how complaints get handled.

Fair evidence. Only 3 negative reviews in 91 texted ones, so failure modes are under-sampled and I cannot tell how common the security and UI complaints really are. Recent volume is thin and decelerating (8 in the last 12 months, down from 12) and every review is from one country, so there is no evidence at all on non-Australian use. Roughly a fifth of reviewers had under a month of use, though the texts read genuine rather than solicited. Nothing in the reviews names a price, order volume tier, or the specifics of what the DHL and per-SKU carrier gaps look like today.

Right for

  • Australian merchants with their own Australia Post eParcel or MyBusiness account who currently retype addresses into the AusPost portal (9348, 3534, 4039, 9551)
  • Sellers consolidating Shopify with eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Magento or WooCommerce onto one dispatch screen (1859, 0403, 8572, 5302, 7372)
  • Stores picking and packing in-house that need pick sheets and invoices printed alongside the label (9776, 0481, 2724, 9348)
  • Solo operators and small teams who want live chat or phone help in Australian hours (6501, 0507, 7104, 8937)
  • Merchants running several carriers who want to compare rates and switch between standard and express per order (9776, 2133, 1166)

Wrong for

  • Stores outside Australia — all 92 reviews are Australian and no reviewer mentions a non-Australian domestic carrier
  • Businesses with a security or compliance checklist: one reviewer reports no 2FA support, no default data-retention policy and no answer on breach insurance (1926)
  • Anyone expecting a modern interface — called clunky and slow in 2020 and 'not user friendly and hasn't been updated for many years' in 2025 (1040, 1926)
  • Merchants needing DHL, or carrier selection driven by SKU — both named as gaps, though only in 2017 reviews (8093, 3210)
  • Anyone who needs a public, on-the-record response when something goes wrong: all three negative reviews sit unanswered (1040, 9608, 1926)

What will annoy you

Dated, slow interface — a minority view but one that spans five years and is still stated in 2025: 2 reviews, steady, last seen 2025-06.

How the developer behaves when it breaks

Almost no public replies: 2 of 92 reviews carry a developer response (1859 Feb 2026, 2133 Aug 2023), both short thank-yous on 5-star reviews. None of the three negative reviews — 1040 (Jan 2020), 9608 (Dec 2021), 1926 (Jun 2025) — has any reply, so there is no public record of the issues raised being acknowledged or fixed. This sits oddly against the in-app picture, where roughly 54 reviewers describe fast, personal help by chat, email and phone and name staff (Nathan, Molly, Meegan, Brendan). The honest read: private support is strong and well-evidenced, public response to criticism is absent. Two reviewers report that private channel failing them too (1040, 9608).

What goes wrong 4 recurring themes

  • Security and data-governance gaps: no 2FA, no default data-retention policy, and no answer given on breach insurance. Only one reviewer raises it, but the complaint is structural and nothing since addresses it 1 review steady, last seen 2025-06
“2 factor authentication impossible as their system doesn't support it and they are not willing to answer whether their company holds adequate insurance if data is leaked from their platform” review 1926

Red flags

  • Zero public replies to negative reviews. All three negatives (2020, 2021, 2025) sit unanswered, while the only two visible developer replies in nine years both go to 5-star reviews. You cannot see from the listing how this developer handles a complaint in public. 1040 9608 1926 1859 2133
  • A direct question about data-breach insurance was reportedly refused, and customer personal data is said to be retained indefinitely unless you log in and request deletion manually. 1926
  • No two-factor authentication on an account that holds customer names and addresses. 1926

Trend

Note the listing is ordered by review id, not date — edited reviews keep their original id but show the edit date, so position is misleading. Sorted by date, the last 12 months (since Sep 2025) hold 8 reviews, all 5-star: 6636, 1859, 6501, 4896, 3802, 9551, 7806, 8286. That's down from 12 in the prior 12 months, so volume is thinning. Themes are unchanged from the 2017-2024 body: time saved and responsive support, with AusPost integration named repeatedly. The one substantive recent criticism, the 2-star on security and UI age (1926), lands June 2025 — just outside the 12-month window, which is why the recent negative share reads zero. Eight positive reviews since is not enough to call those concerns fixed; none of them touches 2FA, retention or the interface. The 2020-2021 complaints about unresponsive support have not recurred in roughly 60 reviews since and look genuinely fading.
