PostNord by Uniwin
It works once Uniwin configures it for you on a video call — budget for that call, because almost nobody in these reviews got it running alone.
Should you install it?
This is a PostNord-only app for Swedish and Danish stores: labels and shipments plus checkout rates and pickup-point selection. The reviews say clearly that it works after setup and that Uniwin's people — Nemi and Priya are named repeatedly — will get on a video call and configure it for you, often the same day; they also say, just as clearly, that the shipping settings are hard to work out alone, so plan on that call rather than a self-serve install. The live risks are small in number but real: one merchant on it five months found customs invoices were not generating and paid extra PostNord fees (6731, August 2026), and one reported orders never flipping to delivered (3200). The bad 2024 reports of recurring sync errors and hour-long batch labelling have not recurred, so treat them as historical. If you run PostNord Norway, the developer says outright it is not supported (8753).
Thin evidence. Only about six of 59 reviews describe the app running in production rather than the onboarding experience (6731, 3200, 0556, 8368, 2211, 1710). 73% of reviewers had the app under a month and many wrote within hours of a support call, with one review still carrying its drafting preamble (8347). That is enough evidence to judge the onboarding and the support, and not enough to judge day-to-day reliability, batch label throughput, rate accuracy or tracking writeback. Almost all reviews are from Sweden, so Danish and international behaviour is thinly evidenced, and no reviewer names an order volume except one in 2024.
Right for
- Swedish and Danish stores shipping with PostNord that want labels, checkout rates and service-point selection from one app (7056, 5152, 8360)
- Owners who are happy to sit through a screen-share or Google Meet setup session rather than self-serve (5083, 9639, 3472)
- Non-technical merchants who explicitly could not integrate PostNord themselves (9996, 0476, 6403)
- Stores shipping internationally with PostNord who need a feature adjusted for them (4179, 2676)
Wrong for
- Stores with a PostNord Norway account — the developer replies publicly that Norway is not supported (8753)
- Anyone expecting to install and configure it unaided; the reviews that mention the UI call the shipping settings confusing (6403, 3472)
- Stores that need customs invoices generated automatically out of the box without hunting for the setting (6731)
- Possibly high-volume batch labellers, but this rests on a single February 2024 report of 100 orders taking over an hour, with nothing since (1710)
What will annoy you
Setup is not self-serve — shipping settings are confusing and several merchants could not get it working without a call from Uniwin: 6 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-07.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
Only two public replies exist in 59 reviews, both posted in 2026 and both to negative reviews. On the customs-invoice complaint (6731) the reply is specific and useful — it names the feature, says it can generate customs invoices alongside labels, and offers to set it up by email — but no follow-up review confirms it was fixed. On the Norway one-star (8753) the reply is an honest scope answer: PostNord Norway accounts are not supported, only Sweden and Denmark. Against that, the 2024 negatives (1710's recurring sync bugs, 2185's 'they never answered my question') got no reply, and neither did the 2026 Danish two-star (2772) or the delivered-status gap in 3200. The real support story happens off the review page: dozens of reviewers describe fast live chat and video calls, so responsiveness looks good in private and thin in public.

Red flags
- A feature not being switched on by default cost a merchant real money in PostNord customs fees over five months of use; the developer's reply says the capability existed all along, so the default configuration can silently bill you 6731
- Most negative reviews get no public reply. Of five negatives, only the two from 2026 were answered; the 2024 negatives (1710, 2185) and the 2026 Danish two-star (2772) have no response at all 1710 2185 2772
- Reported fulfilment-status gap — orders not flipping to delivered — raised in a five-star review and never publicly addressed 3200
Trend
Volume is up sharply — 25 reviews in the last 12 months against 10 the year before, about 2.1 a month — and negative share rose slightly, from 8.5% overall to 12% in the last year. More useful than the ratio is that the kind of complaint changed. The 2024 negatives said the core was broken: recurring sync errors and batch labelling so slow it was no faster than manual entry (1710), and an unanswered support question (2185). Nothing since 2024 repeats either, so I read those as fading. The 2026 negatives are narrower: one feature that did not fire and cost customs fees (6731), an unsupported country (8753), and one Danish store saying only that it does not work well (2772). The developer also started replying publicly in 2026, having ignored the 2024 negatives. What has not changed across all three years is the dependence on a support call — 2023's 0476 and 2026's 3472 tell the same story of not being able to configure it alone.
