プラスシッピング | ヤマト・日本郵便・佐川を特別料金で配送

Cheap flat-rate domestic Japanese shipping with waybill printing inside the Shopify admin, good for small single-parcel shops — but every negative review in the app's four-year history arrived in the last ten months, mostly about support emails going unanswered and plan tiers not being applied.

Should you install it?

If you are a small Japanese store still handwriting waybills or juggling CSVs, this does the core job well: buy and bulk-print ヤマト運輸 and 日本郵便 waybills inside the Shopify admin, send tracking emails in bulk, and pay flat nationwide rates that several reviewers say beat what they could negotiate alone — one puts their postage at about 60% of what it was. The workflow praise is consistent and recent, and mistake recovery exists (cancel a wrongly-bought label within 10 days). The serious caveat is timing: every sub-3-star review in this app's four-year history arrived after December 2025, and they are about support and billing, not features — two merchants got no reply to enquiries, with the developer twice admitting its own system was not receiving their emails and telling them to use a ticket form instead; one was charged above the normal contract rate on the GOLD plan, another had a tier upgrade delayed a month. Do not install if you ship multi-parcel (複数個口) orders, if you push much past ten parcels a day, or if your customers' names and addresses often use rare or old-form characters, since the carrier API only accepts ShiftJIS-range characters. Budget 3–7 business days from application to your first label, expect the fulfilled status to fire when you buy the label, and use the web ticket form rather than email for anything that matters — including anything about your plan tier or invoice, which is where recent merchants have lost the most time.

Fair evidence. Thirty reviews, 27 with text, all from Japan, gives a clear read on what the app is for and on the trend break. But most individual failure themes rest on one or two reviews — the volume-slowness report, the multi-parcel gap and the sync lag are each n=1 and uncorroborated, so I cannot tell whether they are widespread or store-specific. The two support/billing complaints are only n=2, though the developer's own repeated admission of an email fault corroborates them independently, which is why I treat that as a red flag rather than noise. Integrity also caps this: the October 2022 cluster reads as invited feedback and one five-star reviewer was in a 1-yen shipping campaign. No review states a price, so I cannot judge cost claims in absolute terms, and 佐川急便 is in the app's title but absent from every review, so reviews give no evidence about it at all.

Right for

  • Small Japanese stores whose volume is too low to negotiate their own carrier contract — reviewers say a direct 大口契約 was not meaningfully cheaper than this (2580, 5524)
  • Shops still handwriting waybills or doing CSV export/edit/re-upload cycles for labels and tracking numbers (3287, 4519, 5634)
  • Shops with heavy regional spread, since rates are flat nationwide (全国一律) rather than zone-based (4475, 0875, 5619)
  • Stores sending single parcels, including ones previously refused collection for having too few pieces (6478)
  • Teams with non-technical packing staff — the app's screens mirror Shopify's own order screen (8805, 7174, 6478)
  • Chilled/frozen sellers, via ヤマト運輸クール宅急便 since 2024-04-03 (8555)

Wrong for

  • Stores shipping more than roughly ten parcels a day — the only reviewer who named a threshold says stress and loss of efficiency are unavoidable above it (3081)
  • Anyone routinely shipping multi-parcel (複数個口) orders, which one reviewer says makes the app unusable for most of their orders (6377)
  • Stores with customers whose names or addresses use 旧字体 or rare characters, since the carrier API accepts only ShiftJIS-range characters — a permanent constraint, not a bug (5000, 4922)
  • Anyone who needs a reply to a support email within a day or two, or who cannot fall back to a web ticket form (1942, 4851)
  • Stores needing 佐川急便 — it is in the app's title but no reviewer mentions using it
  • Stores that need to control when the fulfilment/shipped status fires, if that is still tied to label purchase (7174, 6478)
  • Anyone who needs to ship the day they install — reviewers report 3–7 business days from application to first label (5619)

What will annoy you

Validation errors on unusual names, old-form characters and addresses, with the error location not identified so you re-enter blind. The carrier API accepts only ShiftJIS-range characters, so this is a permanent limit rather than a fixable bug: 3 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-05.

How the developer behaves when it breaks

Replies to about half of negatives (reply_rate_negative 0.5), but not the ones that matter most recently. The two billing/tier complaints got prompt, apologetic replies (1942 within a day, 4851 within six days) — both essentially the same template blaming a mail-receiving fault and pointing to a ticket form, neither confirming a fix. The detailed May 2026 1-star (3081), the March 2026 multi-parcel 2-star (6377) and the April 2026 1-star (6681) got no reply at all. The edited 1-star 4922 shows only 2023 and Feb-2024 replies against a March 2026 complaint; the surviving useful part of that reply is the explanation that the carrier API accepts only ShiftJIS characters, so old-form-character errors are by design. Tone and depth have dropped: 2022–2023 replies answered each feature request point by point with dated commitments (7174, 6478, 0875, 5619), whereas 2025–2026 replies are short thank-yous (6821, 4300, 5582). On the positive side, dated promises were kept, slowly: chilled shipping promised in the 0875 reply for early 2023 and confirmed live by 8555 in 2024, and label cancellation requested in 2022 and confirmed working by 8805 in July 2026.

Red flags

  • Developer-admitted fault where replies to support emails are not received at all. The same near-identical apology (システムの不具合により、ご返信いただいたメールが正常に受信できていない可能性があり) was posted in December 2025 and again in February 2026, with the workaround being to use a ticket form instead of email. Two months apart with no fix announced. 1942 4851
  • Billing surprise: a merchant on the GOLD plan was charged more than the normal (non-app) contract rate, and got no answer to two enquiries about it. No review states actual prices, so the size of the gap is unknown. 1942
  • Paid tier not applied when due; merchant told to accept a one-month delay to their platinum switchover because the developer's own system failed to receive their email. 4851
  • The most detailed and most recent 1-star review — four specific enumerated defects plus a volume threshold — received no developer reply. Nor did the 2-star multi-parcel review or the April 2026 1-star. 3081 6377 6681
  • An edited 1-star review from March 2026 (相変わらず、全く意味のない制限とエラーが多い — 'as ever, pointless restrictions and errors') still shows only developer replies from 2023 and February 2024, which answer the review's older text. The current complaint is unanswered; 'almost 3 years using the app' means this is a long-term user who has not been won round. 4922

Trend

The rating history is split cleanly in two, and the listing's star average hides it. From the first review in October 2022 until September 2025 — roughly three years — the worst review the app received was a single 3-star (5000, March 2024). Every one of the six sub-3-star reviews in its history has landed since December 2025: 1942 (Dec 2025), 4851 (Feb 2026), 4922 and 6377 (Mar 2026), 6681 (Apr 2026), 3081 (May 2026). Negative share over the last 12 months is 43% (6 of 14) against effectively zero before. Review volume also jumped — 1 review in the prior 12 months, 14 in the last 12 — so this is not just more reviews surfacing old problems; the complaint themes are new. The 2022–2024 complaints were feature gaps (no chilled shipping, no label cancellation, auto-fulfilment timing) and the developer shipped fixes for them. The 2025–2026 complaints are operational: unanswered support mail, plan tiers not applied, billing above the expected rate, and system slowness. Two of the recent negatives come from users of almost 2 and almost 3 years, which points at service degradation rather than onboarding confusion. Praise in the same recent window is still strong and specific (8805, 6821), so the app has not broken — but the support and billing side has visibly worsened in the last ten months.
