Order tracking

CWILL Order Tracking

You get a solid, cheap-to-start branded tracking page and very fast live chat, but you'll need support to fix wrong carrier matches, and you should watch your usage bill closely.

Should you install it?

This is a tracking-page and notification app that works well for dropshippers and small-to-mid stores, and its live chat is fast. Expect some tracking numbers to be matched to the wrong carrier; you can't fix these yourself, so each one means a chat, though support usually fixes it quickly. Before you scale, understand the quota and overage billing and set a spending cap, because several merchants were surprised by charges. If you need tracking that stays close to real time on USPS or European last-mile carriers, test it against the carrier's own site for a few weeks before relying on it.

Fair evidence. There are thousands of reviews and the few detailed negative ones agree with each other. But most positive reviews look solicited during onboarding, come from very short usage periods, and say little about the app itself, so reliability at volume is judged from fewer than 30 substantive reviews.

Right for

  • Dropshipping stores shipping from China through several carriers that want to hide where orders come from (6334, 7665, 8272, 9624)
  • New or small stores starting on the free plan, where support often raises the free order quota on request (8921, 2933, 4922, 9450)
  • Multi-language stores, mostly in the EU, that want tracking messages translated (2320, 6124, 2618, 1900)
  • Stores that want delivery events to trigger Klaviyo flows or review requests through Shopify's Delivered status (6579, 4193, 8176)
  • Merchants moving from AfterShip, Track123, 17TRACK or TrackingMore (1518, 5982, 5142, 8025)

Wrong for

  • High-volume stores on usage-based billing that can't check overage charges every week (8205, 1819, 7836)
  • Stores that need tracking data close to real time, including current USPS and European last-mile updates (5023, 1324, 2383, 0646)
  • Merchants who want to correct the carrier or tracking details themselves instead of opening a support chat (0328, 5116, 5147)
  • Small stores that need paid extras such as auto-translation or exports on a tight budget (9100, 1819, 0474)
  • Stores whose local carrier isn't supported (0855, Mexico)

What will annoy you

Auto-detection picks the wrong carrier, and merchants can't fix it themselves; each case needs a support chat: 12 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-08.

How the developer behaves when it breaks

Replies to about 79% of negative reviews, usually within days. Replies often cite account details, mention refunds already started (8742, 7958), or offer custom plans and partial refunds (8129, 1819). The same replies also point to Shopify billing rules (8205, 7958) or dispute the reviewer's figures (7836, 8637). Support fixes carrier mapping and display problems quickly, and some critics raised their rating afterwards (0646, 2727). But merchants hit by data lag or wrong carriers often leave for another app (0328, 2383). The three identical Sept 2026 Singapore lag complaints have no reply yet.

Red flags

  • Usage-based overage charges that merchants only noticed after billing, ranging from one merchant's claimed ~$8,000 to disputes over billing cycles and auto-renewed trials. The developer usually offers a refund or a custom plan after the review is posted. 8205 1819 7958 8742 8129
  • Tracking text from Chinese carriers showed up untranslated, and translation required a more expensive plan 0474 9100
  • Paying merchants report tracking data days behind 17TRACK or the carrier's own site, so staff re-check shipments by hand 5023 1324 0328

Trend

Review volume rose to 1,354 in the last 12 months from 905 the year before, and the negative share is flat at about 0.7%. The complaints in the last 12 months are the same ones as before: wrong carrier matches (still fixed through chat in Aug 2026), tracking lag (a new complaint in Sept 2026 comparing it with 17TRACK), and billing (overage, trial renewal and add-on charges from Jul 2025 to Mar 2026). Email-deliverability complaints have mostly stopped. The app was renamed ParcelPanel → ParcelWILL → CWILL, and mid-2026 reviews mention accounts being moved over from TrackingMore (8025, 5879). Recent reviews are shorter and more often rating-only than those from 2021–2023.
