Order Fulfillment Guru
If you need orders split and pushed to multiple warehouses, suppliers or partner Shopify stores, it does that and the team will configure it with you on a call — but plan for a real setup project and verify inventory sync yourself before you trust it.
Should you install it?
This is an order routing and multi-store sync tool for merchants who ship from more than one place — warehouses, 3PLs, dropship suppliers, or partner Shopify stores — and it clearly works for that: reviewers describe location priority, all-or-nothing splitting, supplier portals with tracking pushed back to Shopify, and routing selected orders to a separate ShipStation account. The consistent strength across six years is support: named people (Kevin, Claire, Dean), replies out of hours, and requested features that actually get shipped (8603, 3037, 6643). The consistent weakness is that setup is a project, not an install — expect to book a call, and expect freight/rate mapping to be confusing (3045, 3419, 7606). The real risk to check is inventory sync between synced stores: it produced a year-long unresolved case (9955, since improved to 4★) and the only recent complaint, where a merchant's product data was damaged and an undocumented requirement to zero out main-store inventory surfaced only after three weeks (7606). Before you go live, run a small sync in a test store and confirm stock levels move correctly in both directions.
Fair evidence. 106 of 113 reviews have text and there is real long-tenure evidence (7350 at 5+ years, 9408, 4733, 9205, 7890) describing specific working configurations. But the sample is heavily skewed by short-tenure, apparently post-onboarding reviews (39% under a month, several at hours), including one 5★ that is a support question rather than a review (3520) and one duplicated review (8499/8500). With only one negative in the last 12 months, I cannot tell whether the inventory-sync failure is rare or under-reported by a review base that mostly posts in week one.
Right for
- Stores fulfilling from several warehouses or brick-and-mortar locations that need location priority and 'all or nothing' splitting (4630, 7890, 2198, 3827, 7607)
- Dropship stores currently emailing orders to suppliers by hand and pasting tracking back into Shopify (8603, 9205, 1032, 4903, 9007)
- Brands with partner/reseller Shopify stores who need orders pushed into a parent store and inventory synced back (6412, 4457, 7136, 7698, 4321)
- Merchants who want suppliers working in their own portal and uploading tracking themselves (2004, 1088, 8297, 9007)
- Stores on ShipStation needing certain orders — e.g. print-on-demand — routed to a separate ShipStation account (2230, 4414, 9757, 8297)
- Merchants willing to take a Zoom or phone onboarding call rather than self-serve (9146, 4273, 3045, 1840, 7136)
Wrong for
- Anyone expecting a self-serve install: several reviewers only got it working after a scheduled call, and the one recent 1★ spent three weeks on a two-store sync (7606, 3045, 3419, 4321)
- Price-sensitive small stores — three reviewers flagged cost as high even while recommending it (9501, 4189, 6270)
- Cross-border split shipments that need tax and duty data passed per warehouse; reviewers say that is missing (8500, 8499)
- Merchants who need live chat or phone as the standard support channel — one reviewer says support is email-only, though others describe Zoom and phone calls (1642, 1840, 9146)
- Anyone wanting a native Royal Mail Click & Drop connection; the only reviewer to ask for it was pointed at a workaround (0072)
What will annoy you
Setup is a configuration project, not an install — several reviewers needed a call, and freight/rate mapping confuses people: 5 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-08.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
Replies to 88% of all reviews and 100% of negatives (per the supplied stats), but positive replies are near-identical boilerplate ("Thank you for the lovely review. We are always happy to help" — 3827, 7350). On the two substantive complaints the response is concrete: for 7606 they updated settings, recorded a Loom and offered a call within a day; for 9955 they offered Zoom and shipped changes, and the merchant walked the rating up 1★ → 3★ → 4★ over roughly 16 months, saying "the major issues seem to be resolving". That is slow. The 9955 reply also disputes the merchant's version of events. 7606's outcome is unknown as of the last data here. Replies sometimes contain real answers, e.g. pointing a Royal Mail request at an existing integration (0072).

Red flags
- Product data was damaged during a two-store sync setup, and the merchant says a hard requirement — that main-store inventory be set to 0 — was never clearly disclosed to them: "the information was still not clearly disclosed that inventory in mainstore needs to be made 0. our product entry got screwed up" (August 2026, most recent review with a complaint). 7606
- Inventory levels going stale for days in a synced setup, unresolved across more than a year of back-and-forth before the merchant reported improvement. Historical, not current — the reviewer has since raised the rating to 4★. 9955
- The developer's public reply to that negative disputes the merchant's account of contact history ("We researched our records and found the most recent inquiries to be about 3.5 months ago. Perhaps we missed your emails and they went to spam?"), so at least one support thread was lost by one side or the other. 9955
Trend
Volume is flat, about 1.5 reviews a month (18 in the last 12 months vs 20 the year before), so nothing has changed in scale. What has changed is the use case being described: 2020–2022 reviews are mostly dropship — emailing orders to suppliers and getting tracking back (3145, 9007, 2004). 2025–2026 reviews lean toward Shopify-store-to-Shopify-store syncing and multi-location routing (9081, 4457, 6412, 7698, 7890). That matters because both recent complaints are about that newer sync path, not the older email-to-supplier path. Negative share in the last 12 months is 5.6% (one review, 7606) against 0.9% lifetime — one data point, not a trend, but it is the most recent complaint and it echoes the inventory-sync problem 9955 spent over a year on. Praise for support is constant across all six years; setup complexity complaints are also constant.
