Local Delivery + Pickup Date:S
A flexible local delivery and store-pickup app whose real selling point is a small team that jumps on chat or a video call and hand-configures it for you — but nearly two-thirds of the 5-star reviews are written within days of install, so they tell you about onboarding, not about month six.
Should you install it?
This is a local delivery and store-pickup app that does zones (postcode or map), date and time slots, multi-location pickup without per-location inventory, and dispatch to your own or contract drivers — and reviewers consistently say it cost less than the delivery app they left. The reason people rate it highly is the team: chat answered in minutes, Google Meet calls, out-of-hours help, and a willingness to write custom code, which is also its practical requirement — a dozen reviewers only got it working after the vendor intervened, especially on older or customised themes, most recently in August 2026. Budget for that: custom features are paid work, with $300 for three days named in one review. The failure modes here look unobserved rather than absent — one negative in 124 reviews, about continued billing after cancellation with no answer (May 2025, not repeated since) — and with no developer replies ever posted, there is no public record of anything being resolved. Install it if you want a configurable local delivery setup and are happy to be walked through it on a call; do not install it expecting it to configure itself.
Fair evidence. 118 text reviews across 62 months and 25+ countries, with several long-tenure accounts (11 months to 2 years) that corroborate the product claims. But 64% of reviewers had used the app under a month and roughly 35 wrote within 24 hours of install, praising onboarding chat rather than live operation, so the negative evidence is almost certainly under-reported; with n=1 negative and zero developer replies, I can describe what the app does and who it fits, but I cannot tell you how it behaves when it breaks at scale.
Right for
- Single-shop or few-location retailers offering click-and-collect plus local delivery with customer-chosen date and time slots (9875, 9926, 2042)
- Stores that want to list several pickup locations without Shopify inventory being tracked per location (8487, 9524)
- Merchants who need zones by postcode/pin code or drawn on a map, with location-based delivery charges (4836, 8784, 7711)
- Stores running deliveries with their own staff or contract drivers who need dispatch and route assignment (4847, 4679, 2682)
- Merchants on older or heavily customised themes who are willing to let the vendor edit their code (9231, 1903, 8688)
- Merchants leaving a pricier delivery app; several say this one cost less for the same job (7367, 5298, 8784)
- Non-technical owners who want someone to set it up with them on a call rather than read docs (0731, 4847, 3088)
Wrong for
- Stores that need it to work correctly out of the box without a support session — a lot of reviewers only got it working after the team intervened (4081, 9231, 7615, 0198)
- Merchants who need support in a language other than English (5608)
- Anyone who wants custom behaviour for free — custom work is quoted and billed; one store names $300 for three days' work (2356)
- Merchants who need a specific niche capability: at least one store left because a key element was missing, and the reviews never say what it was (2026)
- Stores wanting carrier-label or multi-carrier shipping — no reviewer describes carrier integrations at all
- Anyone who needs a public, on-the-record developer response when something goes wrong: the developer has never replied to a review, including the one billing complaint (3701)
What will annoy you
Setup rarely works unaided — zip codes not applying, theme incompatibility, snags needing the vendor to edit code: 12 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-08.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
No public replies to any of the 124 reviews in 62 months (reply rate 0% overall and 0% on the one negative). This is not the same as being unreachable: dozens of reviewers describe live chat answered in minutes, Google Meet calls, late-night responses across time zones, and WhatsApp (0292, 1450, 0350, 2911, 4631). The gap matters in the one case where a public reply would have counted — the billing complaint at 3701 says calls and emails went unanswered and it was never responded to on the listing, so there is no way to verify whether it was fixed.

Red flags
- The only negative review is about being charged after cancellation with no answer to calls or emails — and it received no public reply, so there is no record of it being resolved. 3701
- Zero developer replies to any review in 62 months, including the billing complaint. Whatever happens in chat, nothing is on the public record. 3701
- Customisation is paid consulting, not a feature. One review states $300 for three days of work; others describe features built to order without naming a price, so budget for it. 2356 2951 9611
- Review base is heavily weighted to the first hours of use — one reviewer wrote in praising the app five minutes after installing. The 5.0 rating largely measures the onboarding chat, not the app running live. 3088 6673 8078 6926 2574
Trend
Volume is flat and healthy: 36 reviews in the last 12 months versus 32 the prior 12, about 3 a month, with no negatives in the last year. Themes have not shifted — support praise dominated 2023-2024 and still dominates 2026; only the names change (Abhishek and Sharma in 2023-24, Ehsan and Kumar through 2025-26). What has improved slightly is specificity: recent reviews describe the product itself more often (8784 on postcode-and-map zones, 9875 on date/time slots, 4977 on zones and scheduling at 11 months) where earlier ones were almost purely about the chat experience. The setup-friction theme is unchanged across the whole history and is still present in the most recent month (0198). The single billing complaint (3701) has not recurred in the 16 months and ~45 reviews since.
