iThink Logistics
A cheap India-only aggregator that runs well when you get an engaged account manager, and goes badly wrong when you don't — held wallet and COD balances, retroactive weight charges, and pickups that never arrive.
Should you install it?
iThink is an India-only courier aggregator whose whole value proposition is a named human account manager — dozens of reviewers across five years praise a specific person by name and a WhatsApp group that gets escalations moved, and several switched from Shiprocket or Delhivery precisely to get that. When you get that manager, the app works: Shopify orders sync, the dashboard is easy, rates are cheaper than competitors, and COD remittance lands on time. When you don't, the failure mode is financial, not cosmetic: wallet balance deducted to negative, COD remittance put on hold, refunds unpaid, and weight-discrepancy charges invoiced retroactively without notice — reported in 2022, 2023, 2024 and again in Feb and Jun 2026, so this is a standing risk, not a fixed one. The last twelve months are worse than the years before: negative share roughly doubled to 21.7%, and the two most recent negatives are basic operational failures (no pickup at all after recharging the wallet, 4-5 day pickup times). There are zero public developer replies to any of the twelve negative reviews, so if your money is frozen your only route is the account manager you may or may not have.
Fair evidence. 84 reviews over 68 months with 81 carrying text is a usable base, and the negative reviews are detailed and specific about mechanisms (wallet deductions, weight invoices, pickup SLAs), which is the most informative material here. But confidence is capped at medium for two reasons. First, the positive side is partly manufactured: at least four reviews share near-identical templated wording with only the staff name changed (0473, 0387, 8843, 4319), and about sixteen reviews landed in eight days in late July 2025 — so the good_at counts should not be read as that many independent merchants. Second, the developer has never replied to a single review, so there is no way to see which complaints were resolved or disputed; the only evidence of resolution is merchants describing it off-platform. No review states order volumes or names which downstream couriers iThink uses, so nothing can be said about scale limits or carrier mix.
Right for
- India-only D2C brands that want a named human POC and a WhatsApp group rather than a ticket queue (6615, 1292, 7069)
- Sellers shipping low-to-mid value goods who care most about rate per shipment (2979, 5783, 4737)
- Stores frustrated by Shiprocket/Shipease/Delhivery support and wanting a smaller aggregator that answers the phone (6615, 3182, 7069)
- Merchants with heavy COD volume who need NDR reports and reattempt handling built into the panel (6926, 6620, 8600)
- Small teams who need a dashboard staff can be trained on quickly (4687, 3474, 3059)
Wrong for
- Anyone shipping high-value goods — the only review to discuss claims says cover is capped at Rs 1000 and lost-in-transit claims were refused (9072)
- Merchants who cannot tolerate working capital being frozen — held wallet balance, held COD remittance and unpaid refunds are the most serious recurring complaint (4202, 7436, 7069, 0323)
- Sellers who need pickup SLA certainty; the two most recent negative reviews are both pickup failures (7047, 4202)
- Anyone shipping outside India — every one of the 84 reviews is from an India store
- Merchants who want the app vendor to answer publicly when things go wrong — there are zero developer replies on the listing
What will annoy you
Money held — wallet balance, COD remittance and refunds not released: 5 reviews, rising, last seen 2026-06.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
There are no public developer replies at all — reply_rate is 0.0 across all 84 reviews, including all twelve negatives, and none of the complaints about held money, missed pickups or surprise weight charges has a response on the listing. Resolution, where it happens, happens off-platform: reviewers describe account managers, WhatsApp groups and escalation desks fixing problems (5783 says a manager got in touch about shipment manipulation and COD remittance; 1292 and 3182 describe same-day escalation handling). But that channel only works if you have an engaged manager — 9398 could not get an account set up after two attempts, and 7436 says the onboarding contact chased daily before signup then 'Promises call back never Calls'. So: unresolved on the listing, unevenly resolved off it.

Red flags
- Working capital frozen: reviewers report wallet balance deducted to negative, COD remittance put on hold, and refund requests ignored. The largest claim is Rs 12-15 lac of loss and a request for legal action (7436, Feb 2026); another asks for a refund of remaining balance and account closure (4202, Jun 2026). Earlier instances in 2023-24 show this is not new. 4202 7436 0323 7069 9072
- Surprise billing: weight-discrepancy charges deducted from the wallet without prior notice, in one case invoiced retroactively for three months. Reported across 2022, 2023 and most recently Feb 2026. 9694 7069 9072 4377
- Account blocked after a billing dispute — one reviewer says raising the weight-charge issue led to the account being closed on grounds of 'misbehaviour'. 9694
- Refunds of cancelled shipments issued only as store wallet credit, not cash back, and only after repeated chasing (Apr 2023, single report). 9072
- Zero public developer replies to any review, including all twelve negatives — a merchant with a frozen balance has no visible escalation path on the listing itself. 7047 4202 9398 7436 9694
- Review integrity: at least four near-identical reviews with only the staff name swapped, plus roughly sixteen reviews posted in eight days in late July 2025. Treat the star average as partly manufactured. 4319 0387 8843 0473 6615
Trend
Note first that the supplied review list is not actually newest-first — it is ordered by review id in scrambled blocks, with edited reviews sitting at their old position under a new date (4140 is dated Feb 2026 but appears 23rd; 3760 is Oct 2022 but sits among Feb 2021 entries). Re-sorted by real date, the picture is: volume is flat (23 reviews in the last 12 months vs 24 in the prior 12), but negative share nearly doubled, from 3 of 24 (12.5%) in Sep 2024–Sep 2025 to 5 of 23 (21.7%) in the last twelve months. The themes moved too. The 2021–2023 complaints were about weight discrepancies and refused claims; those have not gone away (9694, Feb 2026) but the newest failures are operational — no pickup at all after wallet recharge (7047, Aug 2026), 4-5 day pickups (4202, Jun 2026) and accounts never getting set up (9398, Mar 2026). Meanwhile the money-held complaints escalated in size rather than fading, from 'blackmail you to release payments' in Mar 2024 to a Rs 12-15 lac claim with threatened legal action in Feb 2026. The positive side stayed consistent across all five years and is entirely about individual account managers, but a meaningful chunk of the recent positives are templated (see review integrity).
