Globe Pickup Points & Shipping

If you sell into Czechia, Slovakia or Hungary and need Zásilkovna, PPL, GLS or FOXPOST pickup points in checkout, this does the job — but reviewers consistently got there with a support agent named Adam doing the configuration, not by themselves.

Should you install it?

This is a regional pickup-point and label app for Central and Southeastern Europe: every carrier named in 126 reviews is a CEE, Hungarian, Romanian or Greek network — Zásilkovna/Packeta, PPL, Balíkovna, GLS, FOXPOST, MPL, Sameday Easybox, BoxNow, ACS, ELTA — and no global carrier appears once. Merchants who ship to lockers and pickup points in those markets consistently report it working and replacing several single-carrier integrations, with long-tenure users at one and two years reporting no problems (5990, 1037, 4176). The catch is that the good outcomes are heavily mediated by support: reviewers repeatedly describe being stuck on setup or needing rules the UI can't express, then having the vendor configure or custom-code it for them (3787, 2585, 5203, 6626). Budget for a setup conversation rather than a self-serve install, and confirm your specific carrier is already integrated before you commit, since several reviewers found theirs was not and had to request it (1153, 5432). The reviews say nothing about billing disputes, data loss or outages — but they also contain no failure cases at all, so that is absence of evidence, not evidence of safety.

Fair evidence. Two independent limits. First, integrity: 55% of reviewers used the app under a month, a large cluster wrote after only a few hours, and many of those mention only the support agent rather than the app working in production — consistent with solicitation during onboarding. Second, there are zero negative reviews and only one non-5★ (5751, 4★, France), so there is no observed instance of this app failing a merchant and no evidence of how the developer responds when it does. Reliability at scale, pricing and billing behaviour (touched on only positively, in 3593 and 4176), retention past two years, and outage handling are all unevidenced. The positive signal for CEE pickup points is real and repeated by long-tenure users; the absence of any downside signal is not verifiable.

Right for

  • Czech and Slovak stores needing Zásilkovna/Packeta, PPL and Balíkovna pickup points plus label printing in one place (1609, 9973, 3141)
  • Hungarian stores using FOXPOST, GLS and MPL alongside separate card and cash-on-delivery shipping options (7951, 3047)
  • Stores replacing several single-carrier apps with one integration to cut per-carrier connection costs (6921, 5117, 9049)
  • Cross-border EU sellers who want local/national carrier options per market, incl. Shopify Markets and Shopify Plus setups (3047, 8855, 8683)
  • Merchants who will accept vendor-built customisation and want an integration added on request (1153, 5432, 9198)
  • COD-heavy stores wanting automatic COD collection and rounding (6185, 2214)

Wrong for

  • Stores needing DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS or Royal Mail — not one of 126 reviews names a global carrier
  • Merchants outside Europe; the only non-EU reviews are thin and short-tenure (2621 Australia, 13 hours; 8757 Sweden, 3 hours)
  • Teams that must configure complex shipping rules self-serve — reviewers with specific rate requirements needed the developer to code it (2585, 5203, 5117)
  • Anyone wanting returns, exchanges or a branded tracking page — no review describes these
  • Buyers who need proof of how a vendor behaves when things go badly; with zero negative reviews there is no such evidence

What will annoy you

Initial setup and carrier configuration frequently needs the vendor to step in; merchants report getting stuck or lost before support fixed it: 32 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-08.

How the developer behaves when it breaks

There is no evidence of how this developer handles a public complaint, because in 126 reviews there is not a single negative one — reply_rate_negative is null. Overall reply rate is 17%, and the replies arrive in dated batches rather than continuously: a large cluster all dated 2026-08-25 (2050, 1139, 6722, 6626, 1037, 5464, 3593, 7761, 6185, 0305, 7951, 7114, 6017, 5245) and an earlier cluster all dated 2025-03-05 (4109, 3030, 2621, 1666, 1862, 5078, 1347), which reads as periodic reputation housekeeping rather than issue handling. What is well evidenced is that problems raised privately get fixed fast: a missing carrier integration built in just over a week (1153), requested functions added within 24 hours (5432), a suggested feature implemented quickly (3593), and a reply to 3030 claiming the awkward manual pickup-point flow was smoothed out in a later update.

Trend

Review volume rose sharply — 89 in the last 12 months against 23 in the prior 12, about 7.4 a month — but the information content fell. Recent entries skew to short tenure and near-contentless praise (\"Super\" 5782, \"tip-top\" 4676, \"Doporučuji\" 8109, \"Professionals.\" 3144), while the detailed, multi-paragraph reviews describing actual configurations cluster earlier or come from long-tenure users (3593, 3047, 2214). Themes are stable across the whole 29 months: support speed dominates throughout, and the same setup-friction and custom-rules gaps appear in 2024 (2585, 5432) and again in 2026 (6626, 5203), so nothing has clearly regressed or been fixed. Country mix has broadened slightly beyond Czechia into Hungary, Romania, Greece and the Baltics, matching new carrier names appearing in 2026 reviews (Sameday Easybox, FANbox, MPL).
