Fship
Fship is an Indian courier aggregator where long-term clients praise their account managers, but several recent sellers report withheld COD payouts, blocked accounts and fake-delivery RTOs with no refund.
Should you install it?
Fship is an Indian courier aggregator whose Shopify app mainly syncs orders into its shipping panel. The real product is Fship's logistics and COD-remittance service. Sellers with an attentive account manager report a good experience. Several sellers with 1–3 months of use report COD payouts held for over 10 days, accounts blocked, fake-attempt RTOs without refunds, and support that doesn't answer. The most recent cluster of these was July 2026. The developer almost never responds publicly. If you're COD-heavy or ship meaningful volume, start small, get a named account manager and written remittance terms, and keep payout exposure low until you've seen several cycles paid on time.
Fair evidence. There are only 31 reviews, all from India, and a large share look solicited or come from minutes of use (including an 11-review burst in September 2025). The detailed complaints are specific and repeat across 2024 and 2026, but carriers and volumes are barely named.
Right for
Wrong for
- COD-heavy sellers who depend on fast, predictable remittance. Payouts were reported held or delayed in 2024 and again in July 2026 (9359, 6651, 7349, 5976)
- Higher-volume sellers who can't absorb fake-attempt RTOs, slow transit and lost or swapped return parcels (5976, 9937, 3286)
- Stores outside India. All 31 reviews are from India, and nothing suggests other countries are served
- Sellers without an assigned account manager. Self-serve support and ticketing are described as missing or unresponsive (5032, 9937, 1393)
What will annoy you
Support unreachable or deflecting (for sellers without a working account manager): 6 reviews, steady, last seen 2026-07.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
The developer replied to 1 of 9 negative reviews (9937, October 2025) with a generic apology and a promise to make contact. No reviewer confirms a fix. None of the July 2026 COD and account-block complaints (7349, 6651, 5976) have a reply. Where problems do get solved, positive reviewers credit individual account managers, not the app or the developer's public channel (5100, 3258).

Red flags
- COD payouts reported held and accounts blocked, cutting sellers off from tracking. Three separate 1-star reviews in July 2026 (one cites ₹8,000 still owed), plus a 2024 report of COD held for weeks 7349 6651 5976 9359
- Wallet recharged but pickup never happened 8793
- Refunds for fake attempts, stuck shipments and lost parcels reported unpaid despite promises 9937 5976
- Support silence. Emails and calls go unanswered, and no ticketing dashboard is reported 9937 5032 1393
- Developer publicly replied to only one negative review, a generic 'we'll connect with you' with no follow-up visible 9937
Trend
In the last 12 months there were 11 reviews versus 13 in the prior 12. The negative share rose to 45% from about 23% overall before. The prior year's positive tally was inflated by the September 2025 burst. Recent positives are longer and credit named account managers (Abhay, Shyam, Harsh). Recent negatives cluster in July 2026: three 1-star reviews in 10 days about COD remittance delays, blocked accounts and 'tech issue' excuses. That repeats 2024 complaints, so the payout risk is current, not fixed.
