Multi-carrier labels and rates

ILS: Indian Logistics Services

If you already hold your own Indian carrier contracts, this replaces the spreadsheet-and-upload routine with bulk label printing and fast human support — but 79 reviews contain almost no criticism, so they cannot tell you how it fails.

Should you install it?

This is a booking-and-labels panel for Indian stores that already have their own courier contracts — Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and FedEx India are the carriers reviewers actually name — and its clearest, most repeated win is bulk booking and label printing replacing manual spreadsheet uploads to carrier portals. Support is the strongest signal in the corpus: roughly 50 reviews describe quick replies by email, WhatsApp and video call, named agents recur across years, and the one reviewer who publicly complained about being ignored later edited to say it was fixed. The known limits are narrow and each reported by exactly one store: late tracking-status updates (2025-09), an NDR workflow too basic to send a comment to the carrier (2025-04), and archived Shopify orders not syncing (2020-07). Nothing in these reviews indicates billing surprises, data loss or lock-in. The catch is that with two sub-5-star reviews in eleven years and none in the last twelve months, the review base tells you what the app does well and almost nothing about how it behaves under stress — pressure-test tracking latency and NDR handling on your own orders during a trial rather than relying on the 4.9.

Fair evidence. 72 of 79 reviews carry text and several long-tenure ones give specific operational detail, which supports the positive findings. But the failure picture is close to unobservable: only two reviews below 5 stars across eleven years, zero negative in the last twelve months, and every criticism reported by a single store. A confirmed template pair [4920]/[2222], a fifth of reviewers with under a month of use, one review at 21 hours [9156], one praising the app while stating "Yet to start using the app" [1798], and frequent thanking of support agents by name all point to review requests at the end of support interactions. No order volumes are stated anywhere, so suitability at scale is unevidenced.

Right for

  • Indian D2C stores with their own contracts at Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express or Xpressbees that want a booking panel rather than a reseller [0429, 6962, 8810]
  • Stores currently generating labels by filling a spreadsheet and uploading it to the carrier portal [4833]
  • Merchants running several courier partners who want one screen for booking and tracking [5588, 4151, 6895, 6271]
  • Stores that want forward shipping plus reverse logistics and a branded tracking/returns page in one app [5546, 4151, 6737]
  • Merchants who need small custom tweaks — invoice formats, carrier options like Blue Dart time-definite delivery — and are willing to ask for them [7900, 2882, 7624, 4833]
  • Teams that prefer WhatsApp messages and demo calls over a ticket queue [5546, 2882, 5835]

Wrong for

  • Stores outside India — evidenced only by absence: all 79 reviews are from India and no reviewer names a non-Indian carrier or lane
  • Operations that depend on deep NDR handling; one reviewer cannot pass a comment back to the Blue Dart team on an NDR shipment [0429]
  • Anyone expecting archived Shopify orders to appear in the app's order list — they are not fetched [4210]
  • Merchants wanting live carrier rates or delivery options shown at Shopify checkout — no review mentions this working, or being attempted
  • Buyers who need a polished interface; the UI is repeatedly described as basic or still maturing [6737, 8778]

What will annoy you

Delivery/tracking status updates arrive late: 1 reviews, steady, last seen 2025-09.

How the developer behaves when it breaks

Public replies are rare (2 of 79) but precisely targeted: the developer answered both sub-5-star reviews — explaining that archived orders cannot be fetched [4210] and pointing to support@shopiapps.in [1016]. The real support channel is private and fast. [8029] downgraded to 4 stars over pickup authentication failures and "they are least bothered", then edited to "Update - Issues were fixed and taken care off by the team". [8525] says "They will keep writing to you until you acknowledge that your problem has been resolved. They even take up integration issues with your 3rd party service partners on your behalf". [6962] had a technical issue "resolved in just 1 business day". Named staff (Chirag, Chetna, Sandeep, Jignesh, Rahul) recur across years. The one open gap is the NDR limitation [0429], raised in a 5-star review and neither answered publicly nor reported fixed.

Trend

Volume is flat: 15 reviews in the last 12 months versus 15 in the prior 12, about 1.2 a month on an app that has been listed since 2015. The themes have not moved — support responsiveness dominates in 2026 exactly as it did in 2016. What has changed is that criticism has disappeared entirely: zero negative reviews in the last 12 months, and the newest complaint of any kind is the tracking-lag aside in [5659] from September 2025, itself inside a 5-star review. The two genuinely negative reviews are old ([1016] 2019, [4210] 2020) and both describe problems the developer addressed. Recent reviews are also longer and more promotional in tone ([5126], [9000]) while adding little operational detail, which reduces rather than increases what you can learn from them.
