All In One Australia Post Ship
If you're a small Australian store printing AusPost labels off a desktop, this does the job cheaply and the developer actually answers chat — but the mobile interface, the free-label counter and some post-update screen behaviour are unfixed as of the newest reviews.
Should you install it?
This is a single-carrier label-buying app for Australian stores with an AusPost MyPost Business account: select orders, pick packaging, buy labels in bulk, and the order auto-fulfils with tracking sent to the customer. On that narrow job the evidence is strong and consistent across 19 months — it saves real time, it is cheaper than the alternatives merchants switched from, it handles flat-rate satchels the standard integration reportedly does not, and support answers fast and will build small custom changes for you. The things to check before installing are all recent and all unresolved in public: the free-label counter reportedly does not auto-reset and needs a support ticket ([0063], Sept 2026), the free allowance described dropped from 100/month in 2025 reviews to 30 per cycle in that one, an April 2026 update added a step before printing and made custom packaging revert ([5544]), and you cannot work from an iPhone ([1454]). Nothing in the reviews tells you how it behaves at volume, or whether the live checkout rates in the tagline work at all — no reviewer mentions them. Install it if you are a small Australian desktop-based shop; ask support in writing about the free-label reset and mobile use before you commit.
Fair evidence. Volume is decent (129 reviews, 91 with text) and the core use case is described consistently by long-tenure users, so the 'what it's good at' findings are solid. But the negative signal is almost nonexistent — one 2★ and five text-free sub-5★ ratings — so the failure picture rests on two or three reviews and cannot be cross-checked. 29% of reviewers had the app under a month and several glowing reviews come from stores with hours of use, which suggests some onboarding solicitation and inflates the support theme. The app is also only 19 months old, with no evidence at all about higher volumes, checkout rates, or any market outside Australia.
Right for
- Australian stores with an Australia Post MyPost Business account who fulfil from Shopify admin on a desktop
- Small/new stores under the free label allowance — many reviewers are explicitly on the free plan and say so ([9694], [8286], [9454])
- Sellers who need flat-rate satchels, which [4683] says the standard AusPost integration does not offer
- Stores that want the label purchase to auto-fulfil the order and email tracking without a second step ([6041], [3344])
- Merchants leaving a pricier AusPost app — several say this one is cheaper and faster at the same job ([1119], [4230], [4557])
Wrong for
- Anyone who needs to pack and print from a phone — the one 2★ is a 4-month user who cannot use the interface on an iPhone ([1454])
- Stores needing return labels — asked for in [2175], no review says it exists
- Anyone shipping with a carrier other than Australia Post, or needing multi-carrier rate shopping — no other carrier is named anywhere in 129 reviews
- Higher-volume operations: no reviewer states an order count, one outgrew it and moved to a 3PL ([1491]), and [0063] says outright 'Not sure about larger scale though'
- Stores wanting bulk editing of posting references or picking aids like product photos ([5764])
- Sellers fulfilling from eBay/Amazon/Etsy — no reviewer mentions any channel other than Shopify
What will annoy you
Screen friction after an update: an extra step before printing, and packaging selection reverting off custom packaging instead of sticking: 3 reviews, rising, last seen 2026-09.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
One named person (Subham/Shubham) answers chat fast, sometimes by phone or video call, and frequently ships small custom changes: a description swap on international parcels within a day ([8917]), custom features during onboarding ([1544], [4477]), a workaround built to order ([0147]), a suggestion adopted quickly ([5949]). One documented defect closure sits in the public record: the request to see full order details on one screen ([9968]) drew a reply saying it had shipped, and later reviewers describe exactly that ([5058], [4730]). [1355] edited their review to 'The problems that I had have been fixed.' Against that, the three specific defects reported in 2026 — iPhone interface [1454], non-resetting free-label counter [0063], packaging selection reverting after an update [5544] — have no public evidence of closure, and [0063] was edited as recently as Sept 2026 still describing the manual workaround. So: very responsive, reliably good at small bespoke tweaks, not demonstrably closing the bugs people complain about.
What goes wrong 3 recurring themes

“Free plan has 30 free labels per cycle (not entirely sure if this is monthly, etc - assuming it is), although it has not reset for me automatically as of yet. Have had to contact support to reset the count” review 0063
Also 0063 - Interface unusable on iPhone / mobile 1 review steady, last seen 2026-06
“I can't use the interface from my iphone. This is problematic.” review 1454
Also 1454 - Screen friction after an update: an extra step before printing, and packaging selection reverting off custom packaging instead of sticking 3 reviews rising, last seen 2026-09
“I just hate how it now takes you to another screen before you can print labels and how when you select your custom packaging it doesn't just stay on that custom packaging drop down tab and reverts back to Aus post packaging.” review 5544

Red flags
- The free allowance reviewers describe has shrunk and the meter can stall. 2025 reviewers consistently describe 100 free labels a month ([5764], [8014], [0570]); the newest edited review ([0063], Sept 2026) describes 30 per cycle and says it has never auto-reset, requiring a support ticket each time. This rests on one recent review, but it is the most recent substantive comment in the set and it affects whether you can print. 0063 5764 8014 0570
- The only negative review got a same-day reply asking what was wrong, but there is no public evidence the iPhone problem was ever fixed and the reviewer said they would look elsewhere. 1454
- Public developer replies effectively stopped: almost every reply is dated Feb–Jun 2025, and across the 85 reviews of the last 12 months only the 2★ received one. Chat support is still praised in 2026, so this is a change in the public channel rather than proof of silence — but a prospective buyer can no longer watch issues get resolved. 1454 9400 8227 3762 9968
Trend
Review volume roughly doubled (85 in the last 12 months vs 44 before) and the rating held. What changed is the content. The 2025 reviews are dominated by setup, pricing and the developer publicly replying to almost everything; the 2026 reviews are shorter, more often rating-only, and the criticism that does appear is about the product rather than onboarding: an update that added a screen before printing and broke custom-packaging stickiness ([5544], April 2026), the free-label counter not resetting ([0063], edited Sept 2026), and the mobile interface ([1454], June 2026). Public developer replies almost entirely stopped after June 2025. Net: adoption is faster than before, but the visible feedback loop that fixed things in 2025 is no longer visible.
