4Seller: Order & Inventory
A free multichannel listing/inventory/order ERP with unusually hands-on human onboarding — not a shipping-label tool, and its perfect rating rests largely on reviews written days, sometimes minutes, into setup.
Should you install it?
This is a free multichannel ERP, not shipping software — if you came looking for carrier rates and labels, the reviews give you nothing to go on: not one names a carrier it ships with successfully, and the only detailed review lists FedEx, ShipStation and Amazon Logistics as missing and reports orders getting the wrong carrier assigned (8685, Feb 2025). What reviewers consistently do value is cross-listing from Shopify to Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, Otto and Kaufland, inventory sync that prevents overselling, and one order screen across channels, plus support that answers fast over WhatsApp and does 1:1 Zoom setup. Weigh the rating very lightly: 70% of reviewers had used it under a month, thirteen thank a named rep, and several wrote glowing feature reviews after 1 to 14 minutes of use — that is a solicited-during-onboarding pattern, and zero negatives in 37 months is not credible. There are also no public developer replies at all, so you cannot check from the listing how complaints get handled, though the Walmart WFS gap raised in 2025 does appear working by Sept 2026 (2845). Reasonable to trial if you need multichannel listing and stock sync and the price is zero; do not select it as your shipping layer, and confirm carrier behaviour and whether sync is truly real-time yourself before you rely on it.
Thin evidence. Zero negative reviews and one lightly-critical review across 50 means almost no failure data; 70% under-a-month tenure, several reviews written within minutes of install, and 13 reviews naming a support rep point to heavy solicitation; and zero developer replies leave no way to verify how problems get resolved.
Right for
- Shopify stores also selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, eBay, Otto, Kaufland or Walmart that need one inventory pool to stop overselling (2845, 8895, 6160, 9909)
- Merchants migrating or duplicating a Shopify catalogue onto a new marketplace, especially Temu and TikTok Shop (5010, 0589, 5005, 3473)
- Stores routing marketplace orders to Amazon FBA/MCF for fulfilment, e.g. TikTok orders shipped by FBA (8895, 2468, 2568)
- Small teams with no ERP budget willing to trade rough edges for a paid-tool feature set at no cost (2845, 6363, 1671, 5411)
- Merchants who want a person to walk them through setup over Zoom or WhatsApp instead of reading docs (8895, 2011, 2365, 0282)
Wrong for
- Anyone shopping for a multi-carrier label and rates tool: no review names a carrier working well, and the one detailed critique lists FedEx, ShipStation, Amazon Logistics and Amazon Global Shipping as absent (8685)
- Stores needing verified real-time inventory sync — reviewers directly contradict each other on whether sync is real-time (8685 vs 2845, 9816)
- Teams wanting API access or self-serve OAuth store connection rather than manual/assisted setup (8685)
- Buyers who want a public record of how the developer handles complaints: there are zero public replies across 50 reviews, including on the only critical one (8685, 0893)
- Anyone needing pricing certainty — reviews describe it as free now, with no review describing paid tiers (5411, 6363)
What will annoy you
Wrong shipping carrier assigned to orders, and major carriers missing from the carrier list (FedEx, ShipStation, Amazon Logistics, Amazon Global Shipping): 1 reviews, fading, last seen 2025-02.
How the developer behaves when it breaks
Zero public replies to any of the 50 reviews, including the only 3-star (8685, a detailed feature/bug list that got no visible answer) and a review left mid-problem (0893: 'Good customer service, I am waiting that my issue will be fixed.'). This is not support silence — reviewers repeatedly describe fast private help via WhatsApp (2365, 0282) and 1:1 Zoom sessions (8895, 2011), and name individual reps. Some requests do appear to land: 8685 asked for Walmart WFS in Feb 2025, and 2845 in Sept 2026 reports FBA and WFS both working. 3473 says support relayed TikTok publishing bugs to developers who fixed them, and 1671 says developers made a suggestion live. Net: issues get resolved off-platform, so you cannot audit responsiveness from the listing.

Red flags
- Silent breakage on the shipping side: orders assigned a carrier that isn't the one selected or listed. Reported once, Feb 2025, never confirmed fixed by a later reviewer — and no later review names a working carrier either way. 8685
- Pricing is unverifiable from reviews. Multiple reviewers stress it is free, one phrasing it as a current state ('they are free to use now!'), and no review describes a paid tier or what happens when free ends. 5411 6363 1671 2845
- No public developer reply on any review in 37 months, including the only critical review and a review left with an unresolved issue. Fixes, if they happen, happen in private chat and leave no record you can check before installing. 8685 0893
Trend
Volume is flat (24 reviews in the last 12 months vs 23 before) but the content is thinning — three of the four rating-only reviews landed in the last 12 months. What has broadened is the channel mix reviewers name: early reviews (2023–2024) are almost entirely Shopify-to-TikTok listing copies, while 2025–2026 reviews add Temu, eBay, Otto, Kaufland, Amazon MCF and Walmart WFS (0236, 8895, 9909, 2845). The single critical review is Feb 2025 and its headline ask (Walmart WFS/MCF) appears addressed by Sept 2026. The support-rep-name pattern is constant across both periods, so the integrity problem is not new or improving.
